If a particular discussion proceeds but you are not included as a participant, personal information collected for that discussion will also be deleted rather than retained for possible future discussions.

    Expressing interest does not guarantee that a discussion will be organized or that every person expressing interest will be included in a particular discussion. Discussions may vary in format, size, subject, and timing. If a discussion is not held, or if you are not included in a particular discussion, personal information collected for that discussion is deleted when reasonably and technically possible rather than retained for possible future use.

    Information is considered for its substance. Nothing submitted through Participate is treated as rejected, and there is no submission tracker or individual status system.
