Politics is how a democratic society decides together. Tribalism begins when winning becomes more important than solving.
This Platform is the short version of the work: what we believe, what we currently propose, and where detailed policy is still being developed. The Library contains the full papers, amendment proposals, research, reviews, statuses, and historical record.
The Human Standard
Every policy begins with the person, not the institution, party, market, or theory.
Human Worth
Every person possesses inherent worth. Public policy may judge conduct and assign responsibility, but it must not treat people as disposable.
Liberty
Liberty is the natural condition of a free People. Restrictions should be lawful, necessary, proportionate, publicly justified, and reviewable.
Justice
Justice allows liberty to exist without becoming oppression. It requires fair procedures, equitable treatment, access, accountability, and understandable remedies.
Government in Service
Public authority is held in trust. Government exists to serve the People and should exercise no more power than legitimate public purposes require.
Truth & Prudence
Policy should be tested against evidence, uncertainty, trade-offs, incentives, unintended consequences, and the interests of future generations.
Correction
No party should defend a failed policy merely because it once proposed it. When evidence shows a better course, public policy should change.
A Government Worth Trusting
Public trust should be earned through institutions that are representative, transparent, limited, competent, and visibly accountable.
Equal Political Worth
Federal elections should translate the lawful votes of the People into public authority without geographic weighting, partisan substitution, or avoidable barriers.
- Direct election of the President and Vice President from one national electorate.
- Uniform minimum protections for federal elections, counting, audits, recounts, and certification.
- Timely judicial review and strong protection against intimidation or unlawful interference.
A House Close to the People
The House of Representatives should grow as the country grows so representation does not become steadily more distant.
- Approximately one voting Local Representative for every 250,000 people.
- Automatic House expansion after each census.
- Secure distributed participation with periodic physical assembly and continuity safeguards.
Service, Renewal, and Institutional Integrity
Experience matters, but public office should not become permanent personal possession.
- A coordinated federal elected-service clock with genuine separation before renewed service.
- A 20+10 Article III model: twenty cumulative lower-court years, with a thirty-year cumulative ceiling after appointment to the Supreme Court.
- Transparent compensation, retirement, ethics, conflicts, and post-service restrictions.
Independent Transition Readiness
Congress should not be able to delay structural reform by privately certifying its own readiness.
- Independent technical testing and public evidence.
- Specific corrective findings when readiness is withheld.
- Expedited judicial review and automatic sunset after transition.
Work, Economy, and Lifelong Security
An economy should reward effort, invention, investment, and enterprise while maintaining a humane floor beneath work and protecting people from predictable life disruptions.
Dignity Through Work
Full-time paid work should provide a realistic path to a safe, stable, reasonably independent life.
- One national living-wage floor calculated from nationally representative costs for one independent adult with no dependents.
- A minimum 10 percent savings and emergency-reserve allowance, with higher state and local wage standards preserved.
- No tipped or status-based subminimum wage, with genuine independent businesses distinguished from employment by one coordinated federal standard.
- A fixed three-year initial phase-in coordinated with HP-10, National Healthcare, and HP-13 so replacement obligations and the costs they replace do not unnecessarily overlap.
Transparent and Simple Taxation
Government needs revenue, but ordinary people should be able to see and understand the burdens imposed on them.
- Reduce routine filing and avoidable complexity for ordinary households.
- Make taxes visible and protect essential household purchasing power.
- Require major economic actors to participate meaningfully.
- Evaluate regressivity, revenue sufficiency, privacy, fraud, and transition openly.
Social Security and National Worker Protection
Retirement, disability, family leave, and employment injury should operate as dependable, coordinated public protections rather than disconnected systems that leave people navigating separate programs when circumstances overlap.
- Protect existing retirement, survivor, and disability benefits and reserves.
- National disability protection based on loss of earning capacity.
- Paid, job-protected family and medical leave.
- National employment-injury wage protection, rehabilitation, retraining, and transition support.
Enterprise and Fiscal Stewardship
Markets are powerful tools, not moral authorities. Productive enterprise should be encouraged while monopoly, corruption, regulatory capture, and hidden public costs are confronted.
- Scale compliance burdens to business capacity where appropriate.
- Protect competition and entrepreneurship.
- Make public spending and long-term costs visible.
- Judge growth partly by whether it expands stable opportunity for ordinary people.
Justice, Safety, and Restoration
Public safety and human dignity are not opposing goals. A legitimate justice system protects the public, establishes responsibility, treats people humanely, and reduces future harm.
Humane Incarceration and Reentry
A person may lawfully lose liberty after due process. That person does not lose human worth.
- Humane and safe conditions of confinement.
- Accountability for abuse, corruption, neglect, and unlawful conditions.
- Education, treatment, work, rehabilitation, and preparation for release.
- Reentry support for identification, healthcare continuity, housing pathways, and employment opportunity.
Accountable Public Safety
Law enforcement, courts, corrections, health systems, schools, social services, families, and communities all shape public safety.
- Clear lawful authority and due process.
- Professional training, accountability, and independent investigation of serious misconduct.
- Protection for the public and for public servants acting lawfully.
- Alternatives when a problem is fundamentally medical, behavioral, or social rather than criminal.
A Humane and Orderly Immigration System
A competent government should be able to preserve humanity and order, compassion and enforcement, welcome and security at the same time.
Human Worth and the Rule of Law
Human worth does not depend on citizenship or immigration status. Human worth also does not eliminate the need for lawful borders and understandable rules.
- Clear, secure, humane immigration administration.
- Reduce adjudication backlogs before adding new complexity.
- Timely individualized decisions for family, employment, humanitarian, residence, and citizenship pathways.
- Credible border administration and fair procedures for determining who may enter or remain.
- Protection against trafficking, coercion, labor exploitation, and abuse.
Administration That Respects Time
Delay is not neutrality. Leaving applicants, families, employers, and communities in administrative limbo is neither humane nor orderly.
- Publish accurate processing-time and outcome data.
- Match staffing and infrastructure to lawful workload.
- Make decisions understandable and reviewable.
- Invite full civic participation from those who complete the lawful naturalization process.
A Nation Open to Human Potential
Some important areas do not yet have completed standalone Human Party policy papers. We would rather say that plainly than turn unfinished thinking into false certainty.
Development Priorities
The governing standards are established, while detailed mechanisms remain open to research, stress testing, public criticism, and future policy development.
How We Develop Policy
A living platform should be stable in principle and adaptable in application. New policy should earn its place rather than arrive as doctrine.
Define the Problem
What human problem is the proposal intended to solve, and whose liberty, dignity, safety, or opportunity is affected?
Use the Right Authority
What authority is actually required, and should responsibility sit at the federal, state, local, institutional, or personal level?
Test the Evidence
What evidence supports the mechanism, what remains uncertain, and what serious contrary evidence must be answered?
Stress the Design
What financial, administrative, constitutional, incentive, loophole, and unintended-consequence risks could emerge?
Measure Results
How will performance be reported publicly, and what standards will tell us whether the policy is succeeding?
Be Willing to Correct It
What happens if the policy fails? Loyalty to the People must be stronger than loyalty to yesterday’s wording.
Solutions are not left or right. They are either worthy of the People or they are not.
This is a public summary, not a substitute for controlling policy papers, amendment proposals, annexes, or registers. Where a summary and a controlling document differ, the current controlling document governs.
