Submitting it does not constitute nomination, endorsement, support, affiliation, authorization, recognition as a Human Party candidate, permission to use the Human Party name or identity, campaign coordination, or an agreement to provide campaign services or assistance.

    Do not submit campaign strategy, nonpublic polling, voter data, donor or fundraising information, advertising plans, opposition research, internal campaign documents, contributions, or other confidential or nonpublic campaign information through this form.
